Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bloomier.ca and any services offered by Bloomier Floral Ventures Inc. (operating as "Bloomiér", "we", "us"), a floral design company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Subscription Services

Bloomiér offers recurring floral delivery subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize Bloomiér to store your payment method and charge it each time a delivery is completed.

Subscriptions continue automatically until cancelled. There is no fixed contract term — you may cancel at any time with reasonable notice (see Cancellation below).

Subscription plans, sizes, pricing, and delivery frequency are described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice of at least 14 days.

Billing & Payment

Payment is collected after each delivery is completed, not before. Your saved card on file will be charged once your arrangement has been delivered.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Bloomiér does not store your full card number — only a tokenized reference provided by Stripe.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders that appear fraudulent or that would result in financial loss to the business.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. You are responsible for updating your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

We may pause or cancel deliveries if a failed payment is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the Greater Vancouver area. Specific delivery zones, days, and fees are shown during checkout.

Delivery dates are scheduled at the time of subscription setup and may be rescheduled by the customer or by Bloomiér with reasonable notice.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, inaccessible premises, or circumstances outside our control (weather, road closures, etc.).

Fresh flowers are perishable. We are not responsible for product quality if delivery is refused or unattended for an extended period.

Cancellation & Pausing

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@bloomier.ca. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

We do not offer refunds for deliveries already completed.

If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Intellectual Property

All content on bloomier.ca — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Bloomiér Studio. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; harass, threaten, or defraud others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content in an automated manner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomiér's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the greater of $100 CAD or the total amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
