Bloomier Floral Ventures Inc. (operating as "Bloomiér", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. When you create an account or subscribe, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and delivery preferences.

When you make a payment, your card details are handled directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe provides us with a secure token representing your payment method.

We also collect usage information such as pages visited and actions taken on our website, used only for improving our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to: process and fulfil your subscription orders; schedule and coordinate deliveries; send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery updates, billing receipts); manage your account; communicate with you about your service.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising or sell your data to any third parties.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted service providers who process your data on our behalf:

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment method is stored securely on Stripe's servers under PCI-DSS compliance. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account and order data is stored on Supabase-hosted servers.

Resend — email delivery. We use Resend to send transactional emails such as welcome messages and billing receipts.

These providers are only given access to information necessary to perform their services and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation, as required to fulfil legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and BC PIPA, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request corrections to inaccurate information; withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations; file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or BC's Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
