Questions, answered.
Do I keep the vase?
That depends on the subscription. The Wilde includes a glass vase with your first delivery — it's yours, and every bouquet after is designed specifically for it. The Designer's Choice arrives finished in a premium vase from the Bloomiér vase collection; when we bring your next arrangement, we exchange the previous vase. Always something new, never any clutter.
What about wear or breakage on a collection vase?
Normal wear is part of a vase's life — don't worry about it.
What if I'm not home on delivery day?
Your flowers are left safely at your door with a small drink of water to keep them fresh until you return. If you have a collection vase to exchange, just leave it out on delivery day — or we'll simply swap it at the next delivery.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver on Mondays and Fridays, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, across the North Shore, Downtown Vancouver, East Vancouver and South Vancouver. Delivery is $10–15 depending on your area, confirmed at checkout.
What happens when I cancel?
You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account. If you have a collection vase at home, we pick it up on a final visit. Fell in love with one? Any vase in the collection is available to buy.
