FLOWER DONATIONS – 4 Bundles

Hello Friends!

You might know that our zero-waste thinking fuelled our service for our community. As a way to repurpose the flowers, we collected gently used blooms after the big events and turned them into bedside bouquets for hospice patients and senior homes, all with the kind help of volunteers.

But with no events on the horizon, we can’t support our community as much.

More than ever elderly and vulnerable people feel isolated. And so the people who work to support them. They live in a tight cocoon of isolation. It must. feel. incredibly. lonely.

So here I am (Kamila), asking for your help. Would you like to support us to serve the people that really need a light and extra hope, especially so now?

Here’s how you could help:

A. Donate flowers from your garden. We’ll be SO happy to turn your garden flowers into bundles and deliver them to North Shore seniors homes and East Van hospices. Just cut them in the morning, drop them off by our studio in West Van and we’ll do the rest.

B. Donate money. With every $100 we’ll make 4 sweet and cheerful bundles and deliver them on your behalf.

C. Spread the word. You might not have means to help right now and that’s OK. But you might know someone who can, so please spread the word.
